Turnkey renovation is a format in which our team assumes full responsibility for the project implementation — from process organization to the final completion of the space.
Within this format, we provide:
- full organization and execution of renovation works;
- selection, procurement, and logistics of materials;
- installation and coordination of engineering systems;
- furnishing and equipping the property with materials, furniture, lighting, and appliances according to the selected package;
- control over work quality, timelines, and budget;
- photo documentation of concealed stages and final cleaning before handover.
Site inspection and analysis of initial data We assess the condition of the property, technical parameters, and scope of works.
Cost estimate preparation and package approval We prepare a detailed cost estimate and define the optimal implementation format.
Material procurement and logistics coordination We ensure timely delivery of materials in accordance with the construction schedule.
Rough construction works and installation of engineering systems We carry out core construction works and install all engineering networks.
Finishing works We execute final finishing works in line with the approved design solutions.
Installation of equipment, furniture, and lighting We complete the interior fit-out in accordance with the design project.
Final works and project handover We perform cleaning and hand over the property in a fully completed condition.
We provide a 2-year warranty for all works carried out by the ZD group team.
All concealed stages are documented with mandatory photo records.
Warranty obligations apply provided that the operating rules for the premises and installed equipment are observed.

What are the deadlines for turnkey renovation?
The duration depends on the area, the selected package and the complexity of the engineering solutions.
On average:
apartments up to 70 m² — 3–5 months
apartments 70–140 m² — 5–7 months
large objects from 150 m² — 7–10 months
We form a detailed calendar plan at the start of work, regularly provide photo and video reports and monitor the fulfillment of deadlines by the manager and technical supervision.
How is payment made?
Payment is divided into clear stages according to the work actually performed.

All costs are fixed in the estimate, so the budget remains predictable. We work without hidden fees and without unjustified adjustments in the process.

What is not included in the price?
Furniture, appliances, decor, and custom items are not included in the package price, but can be added separately upon agreement.
How is quality control carried out during renovation?
Each object is managed by a personal studio manager together with a technical specialist.
