Turnkey renovation. Full implementation from project to final handover (2015)

This project was completed by our team fully turnkey — from the project development phase to the final handover of the apartment. The main challenges included smart replanning, working with a low 2.55 m ceiling, and maximizing functionality within the available space.
The renovation scope included:
• replanning with integration of the kitchen, living room and balcony;
• new electrical and low-voltage systems;
• installation of plumbing and engineering networks;
• plastering, painting and tile works;
• flooring installation and wall preparation;
• installation of drywall systems and lighting equipment;
• custom-built furniture according to the project.
A key feature of the project was transforming the former load-bearing wall into a bar island with a glass bio-fireplace, which became the main visual accent of the interior.
Despite the low ceiling and the complex hallway layout, the project was executed precisely according to the concept, with a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
