Our design is a balance of proportions, light, materials, and your lifestyle.
We offer two packages: Basic and Author’s. Both include a complete set of technical documentation required for the proper execution of your interior, but they differ in the depth of development, level of detail, and visual presentation.
Who it’s for:
For clients who need full technical documentation without detailed visualizations.
This package provides a general understanding of the future interior and helps shape an ergonomic and functional layout. It is suitable for clients who prefer to be involved in the design process and select materials on their own.
This is primarily a technical project, while the conceptual sketches serve as a small visual bonus.
The stylistic part is not deeply developed — it forms only the general direction and atmosphere of the future interior.
Who it’s for:
For projects where maximum precision, detailed visual development, and a fully formed stylistic concept are essential.
This package provides a complete and comprehensive understanding of your future home — from ergonomic planning to the full stylistic concept and colour palette.
Ideal for clients who value their time and want a cohesive, fully developed result.
By downloading the presentation, you will be able to compare the visualizations included in different ZD Group design project packages.
Author’s supervision is the designer’s control of construction works to ensure strict adherence to the approved design project.
Includes:
• regular on-site visits by the designer;
• verification of compliance with drawings;
• coordination of technical solutions with the contractor and craftsmen;
• control and verification of materials and their specifications;
• photo report after each visit.
Purpose:
Ensures accurate project implementation, reduces the risk of mistakes, saves the client’s time, and guarantees the quality of execution.
Format:
Additional service to the design package. Cost — $300 / month.
Procurement support is full management of all purchases required for your interior — from sourcing items to coordinating delivery to the site.
Includes:
• selection of furniture, lighting, sanitaryware, finishes, and construction materials;
• creation of specifications with up-to-date SKUs and pricing;
• confirmation of stock availability, lead times, and delivery conditions;
• communication with suppliers and stores;
• control of orders, payments, deliveries, and item accuracy.
Purpose:
Procurement support saves the client’s time, prevents ordering mistakes, ensures that all purchased items match the approved design, and helps optimise the project budget.
Format:
Additional paid service. Pricing is calculated individually.

How long does a design project take?
The duration depends on the selected service package:
- Basic package: 1–1.5 months
- Author’s package: 2–4 months
The exact timeframe is determined by the size and complexity of the property.
What is included in the package?
Both packages include a full set of technical documentation and visualization — it is included in every project.
The difference lies in:
- the level of detail,
- depth of drawing development,
- quality of visualizations,
- extended contents of the Author’s package.
The Author’s package is more detailed, comprehensive, and well-developed.
Can I request changes?
Yes, changes can be made at any stage of the work.
Important:
If a stage has already been approved (for example, the layout), but you want to change it later at the visualization stage, such changes are performed for an additional fee, because they require reworking subsequent drawings and approvals.
Do you help with materials?
Yes, there are two options:
- Author’s package: materials and items are already included in the project (through specifications and detailed development).
- Basic package: assistance with materials is possible through the additional service Author’s Supervision, where the designer controls and coordinates the selection.
How does payment work?
Payment is made in stages according to the contract.
The total is fixed in Ukrainian hryvnia based on the NBU exchange rate.
What is the main difference between the Basic and Author’s packages?
The main difference is the depth of development, detailing of the drawings, and the quality of visualizations.
The Basic package includes the full technical project needed for construction work, along with conceptual visual sketches. It is suitable for clients who plan to choose materials on their own and take an active part in the implementation.
The Author’s package includes everything from the Basic package and additionally provides:
• high-detail 3D visualizations,
• extended technical drawings,
• detailed material specifications,
• a fully developed stylistic concept and colour scheme.
This is a comprehensive turnkey project with maximum precision and full documentation of all decisions.
