Kyiv, five-room apartment in «Sviatobor» Residential Complex, 2018

This 150 m² apartment, completed in 2018, was created by merging two adjacent units — a two-room and a three-room apartment — resulting in a spacious five-room layout. The master area includes a bedroom and a separate boudoir, effectively transforming the residence into a six-room space. The plan also incorporates two bathrooms, a laundry room, a walk-in closet, and a balcony.
The interior follows a neo-classical concept with an emphasis on symmetry, decorative wall elements, and a refined color palette. Rich tones, modern lighting solutions, and thoughtful ergonomics create an elegant and inviting atmosphere.
Each room was designed according to the owners’ preferences, ensuring a personalised and harmonious result. Attention to textures, materials, and detailing helped shape a sophisticated interior with a warm, homelike character.
