Hora village — Private house, 555 m²

This project includes the complete construction and full interior fit-out of a premium-level private residence. The scope covered foundation works, structural construction, roofing, full engineering installations, insulation, rough and finish works. Special attention was given to material quality, precision, and the alignment of architectural solutions with the planned interior concept.

The interior combines classic and contemporary elements: decorative plaster, marble and textile accents, ornamental details, custom joinery, and carefully planned lighting scenarios. Each room was designed according to the needs of the family — from a spacious living area and kitchen to bedrooms, an office, relaxation zones, and children’s rooms.

Structural works, engineering installations, and detailed planning solutions were completed for a large multifunctional space, ensuring a seamless integration between the home’s architecture and its interior design. The final result is a refined, functional, and fully turnkey home where every element is thoughtfully crafted.
