Romankiv — Private House, 450 m²
Two-storey house — full-cycle renovation, 2023
This project included a complete renovation of a 450 m² private house in a classic style. A full cycle of works was carried out: from structural preparation to premium-level finishing. The scope included wall plastering, installation of warm-floor systems, full electrical wiring, screeding of all subfloors, and preparation of all engineering systems.
Gypsum board constructions were executed with high precision, following the complex ceiling geometry and classical moulding profiles. Painting works focused on achieving perfect texture, clean lines, and flawless transitions. The main finishing material of the house is large-format porcelain slabs ranging from 150×150 cm to 320×150 cm, complemented by decorative inserts and custom precision cutting.
The floor plan includes five bathrooms, four bedrooms, a home office, a kitchen with a pantry, a dog room, a spacious living room, and five walk-in closets. The staircase is fully clad with large-format tiles — a technically demanding process requiring exact alignment and expert installation.
The project was executed with a strong emphasis on durability, technical accuracy, and exceptional attention to detail — the core values of ZD Group when working with classic interiors.
