How to choose a project?
Need help from a specialist but don’t know which of our service packages to choose? Then these tips are for you!
“Budget” Service Package. Our clients choose this when:
1. They already have a clear idea of their future interior, the style, and some have even chosen furniture for the bedroom or another room.
2. They need help remodeling their apartment and properly planning the space.
3. They have previous experience renovating their apartment or house.
4. They will choose all materials and furniture for their apartment or house themselves. They don’t need a designer’s advice.
“Custom” Service Package. A virtually complete package of services that our clients choose when:
1. Clients want a professional to develop the style of their living space.
2. Clients’ family members have different ideas about their future interior and different tastes.
3. Clients are concerned about the rational use of their funds: the profitability of an apartment/house with a designer renovation is higher on the real estate market compared to other properties. Furthermore, pre-selecting finishing materials helps clients calculate the overall renovation budget.
4. Clients want to avoid mistakes during renovations and save money on rework that usually occurs during renovations due to the wrong choice of finishing materials.
5. They need help with apartment remodeling and proper space planning.
6. They want to see their future apartment interior in photorealistic renderings.
7. Clients select furniture themselves, but visualizations and furniture arrangement plans are very helpful.
8. Clients either have no experience with home renovations or have had negative experiences.
“Custom VIP” service package. A complete package of services that our clients choose if:
1. They want, in addition to the services included in the “Custom VIP” package, to receive support and implementation services for the project. This means shifting all the design and decoration responsibilities of their home to the designer.
2. When they don’t want to waste their time on site visits to select plumbing fixtures, furniture, curtains, etc. The designer handles the selection, coordinating everything with the client.
3. The client wants the designer to oversee the renovation, answer the builders’ questions, and make adjustments to the drawings if necessary, for example, after the client purchases plumbing fixtures and other issues.
4. The client wants to limit their time spent on the renovation as much as possible, but still be 100% confident in the result.
5. The client wants to save money on finishing materials and furniture by carefully calculating their quantities and by leveraging the designer’s partnerships.
